Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1/2 c mayonnaise
    1/2 c Kraft miracle whip
    8 tsp Splenda
    1/4 c milk or half & half (I use Lactaid fat free milk)
    1/4 c sour cream
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 1/2 tbsp white or rice vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt
    8 cups chopped cabbage (about 1 head)
    1/4 c shredded carrot (1 medium carrot)
    1/4 large onion, finely chopped

Directions

You can also buy the ready made bag of coleslaw to sav time. Chop cabbage and carrots into very fine pieces.
Combine the mayonnaise, miracle whip, Splenda, milk, sour cream, lemon juice, vinegar, salt in a large bowl and beat until smooth.
Add cabbage, carrots and onions and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hours before serving.
Serves 10-12.
