2 pounds (907g) extra lean ground beef
1 1/2 C fresh multigrain bread crumbs (see recipie to make your own)
1/2 cup minced onion
1/3 C grated Parmesan cheese
5 tbsp BBQ sauce, your choice, divided
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Shape into oblong loaf about 10 x 5 inches in size and place on a broiling pan.
Brush top and sides of loaf with remaining BBQ sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours, or until cooked through.
