Ingredients

    1 cup of 0% Milk (you can use any milk type, but the nutritional values will differ)

Tips

You have to pay all of your attention on that milk while its on the stive, other wise it will burn, and burnt milk is H-A-R-D HARD to remove from the bottom of anything.


Directions

Milk has water and milk in it. All evaporated milk is is milk that has been simmered so that the water evaporates.

Place milk in a sauce pan over high heat. Once you see a ring of bubbles appear around your milk remove from heat immediatly! Stir with a wire whis a few time to prevent burning. And wahla! You now have evaporated milk.

Serving Size: Makes About 1 cup of evaporated milk
