Introduction

India Shrimp Curry wrap India Shrimp Curry wrap
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    40 raw shrimp
    1 can of coconut milk
    1 med. tomato chopped
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    3 garlic cloves grated
    fresh ginger, grated (size of a nickel)
    2 Tbsp cooking oil
    1 Tbsp of curry powder or (to taste)
    1/4 tsp of Tumeric
    6 flour tortillas


    1 bunch of bah choy
    2 cloves of garlic
    1/4 cup onions
    2 Tbsp cooking oil

Tips

imported curry is best


Directions

1. Heat oil in frying pan
2. Add onions, garlic, ginger, saute 10 minutes
3.Add shrimp, cook half done
4. Add tomatoes
6 Add coconut milk
7.Add curry powder and tumeric
8. cook until shrimp are done

In another pan

wash and chop bah choy
1. add oil, garlic, onion saute
2. add bah choy
cook for 5 minutes

warm tortillas, place bah choy in middle and then spoon shrimp mixture on top, wrap and enjoy!!!
