Paleo Pie Crust

Ingredients

    2 cups almond flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 TBSP. coconut oil
    1 large egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. A crumbly dough will form.
Transfer dough into a greased 9 inch pie dish. Using fingers, press dough to make a shell that covers dish evenly.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool crust. Fill with mousse and chill for several hours.


Serving Size: Makes 6 slices of a pie
