No Bake Cookies

Introduction

For a different flavor, you can use 1/2 cup peanut butter or 1 cup of peanut butter chips, or 1 cup of butterscotch chips, or 1/2 cup of raisins. For a different flavor, you can use 1/2 cup peanut butter or 1 cup of peanut butter chips, or 1 cup of butterscotch chips, or 1/2 cup of raisins.
Number of Servings: 60

Ingredients

    Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
    Butter, salted, .5 cup
    Milk, 1%, .5 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 3 cup
    Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip Morsels, 16 tbsp (1 cup)

Directions

Boil for one minute the butter or margarine, sugar, and 1/2 cup of milk.
Remove from heat. Add the oats and the vanilla.
Stir well to combine. Add the chocolate chips until melted. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper to set.

Serving Size: Makes about 60 spoonsize cookies
