Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, sliced
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded
Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long)
Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 5 serving
olive oil and olives may also be added.
