1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar salsa
1/2 onion, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp corriander
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
Cook at LOW for 7-7.5 hours. Shred the chicken and cook for another 15 mins.
Use the chicken to build your favorite tacos or nachos.
