Peanut Butter Bar

Introduction

These are peanut butter bars that my mom and I used to make. You can add granola if you want - recipe does NOT include granola. These are peanut butter bars that my mom and I used to make. You can add granola if you want - recipe does NOT include granola.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1.5 cups of peanut butter (I use Jif)
    2/3 cup honey (you can always add more but this will change caloric content)
    1 cup rolled oats
    1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour onto a quarter size baking pan lined with foil or wax paper. Chill with either the freezer or the refrigerator. Once chilled, cut and serve.

*Granola, if added, needs to be mixed in.*
*Use Glad Press-n-seal wrap to store individual portions in the freezer.*
