Green Piggy 'n' Spuds

Introduction

Slow cooker pork with potatoes and green beans. Slow cooker pork with potatoes and green beans.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece, cooked, excluding refuse (yi (remove)
    *Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)
    Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, .25 tsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, .1 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, .2 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Wash/scrub potatoes and cut into small chunks, place around pork.
Drain and add green beans around pork, over potatoes.
Add water to pot.
Cut a center line about halfway into the pork and then add Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic and season with onion powder, ground cumin seed, a dash of black pepper and cinnamon.
Cover and set to Low 10 hours.
