Introduction

Ingredients

    1 - 3 oz. can and 1 - 10 oz. can of chicken breast in water, drained
    1c nonfat Greek yogurt
    20 grapes, seedless
    1 lg. stalk of celery
    1/4c almonds, sliced
    Salt and Pepper

Tips

Serve with whole grain crackers or whole wheat bread for a delicious lunch.


Directions

Cut grapes in halves, dice celery, and crush/slice almonds. Combine all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: makes 3 servings
