I eat a similar breakfast every morning, only I have vanilla yogurt instead of cottage cheese. I also have 3 Tbsp of Fibre One and 3 Tbsp home made granola and about a tsp of flax seed. Berries as above - 11/7/12

  • Daisy brand Cottage cheese is the tastiest. Thank you for the coupon. I, however, would use Dannon vanilla yogurt. A small bit of sweetness and whole lot of probiotics for digestive health.
A person could say any yogurt would do, but Dannon has the best flavor, texture and probiotic advantage. - 11/5/12
