I am a food safety specialist and spend a lot of time reading labels. Daisy has 2 ingredients in their sour cream and cottage cheese, cream and enzymes. Now compare the label on any other brand, such as Great Value (WalMart). It has about 15 mystery ingredients! The value is in the quality. - 11/6/12

I made this recipe but used both fat free Cottage cheese and sour cream. Also save calories by sautéing your onions in water...it just takes a little...keep adding in bit by bit as they cook until they carmalize...trust me you will never miss the oil! Still tastes great and you save about 185 calori - 11/6/12
