Ground Beef Soup

Ingredients

    93% Lean Ground Beef, 12 oz
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 3 cup
    V8 Vegetable Juice, Spicy Hot, 24 oz
    *Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt, 2 Cup
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped

Directions

Chop onions & brown with ground beef. Drain any fat. Peel and dice potato, add to pot. Add broth & V8 &
tomatoes. Boil for 10 minutes. Add frozen mixed veggies & simmer for 10-15 minutes.
