Introduction

A good recipe to use up left over cranberry sauce from thanksgiving A good recipe to use up left over cranberry sauce from thanksgiving
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 eggs (or equiv egg substitute)
    3/4 c brown sugar packed
    1 c Splenda (or no name sucralose)
    1/4 c Canola oil
    1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
    3/4 c cranberry sauce (whole berry)
    1 c white all purpose flour
    1 c whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    3 c apples ( peeled & diced in large pieces)
    1/2 c pecans ( or any other nut)

Tips

I have made this receipe with the egg white substitute and all splenda as a diabetic dessert. It turns out wonderful.


Directions

Combine all wet ingredients and all dry ingredients in seperate bowls. Fold the dry into the wet. Pour into a bundt pan or pans of your choice coated with cooking spray.
