1 cup whole wheat flour
.3 cups hemp hearts (seeds)
.3 cups oatmeal bran
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar
.5 tsp salt
2 Tbsp canola oil
.3 cups cottage cheese
.75 cups milk
Mix wet ingredients together well.
Add wet to dry, stirring just until blended.
Cook pancakes on a griddle, turning when bubbles burst on the tops.
Serving Size: Makes 7 pancakes, 4 inches each
