My husband named this 'Yummy, make it again'
I thought someting a little more descriptive might be useful for finding it next time. Next to great flavor, my favorite part is the prep time is only 5 minutes!

I thought someting a little more descriptive might be useful for finding it next time. Next to great flavor, my favorite part is the prep time is only 5 minutes!

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup dijon mustard
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
    2 lb boneless skinless chicken thigh (8 pieces)

    Remaining ingredients to taste:
    pepper
    fresh thyme
    fresh chives
    fresh parsley

Tips

Do not use salt!! The mustard delivers all the saltiness you will need.


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Line baking pan with aluminum foil and arrange chicken thighs in pan
3. Whisk mustard, syrup, and vinegar. Pour over chicken and turn chicken into sauce to make sure well coated. Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, turn and baste with sauce.
5. Sprinkle with herbs and bake additional 10 minutes.

Serving Size: 4 servings (2 pieces each)
