Pureed Vegetable Soup

Introduction

I use this with Almesed diet because I didn't think it cost wise to throw away the pulp. I use this with Almesed diet because I didn't think it cost wise to throw away the pulp.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 c.carrots
    1 c. celery
    1 c. spinach
    0.5 c. endive
    1/2 small onion
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
    1tsp sesame oil
    1 c. tomatoe sauce
    2.5 c. ater
    2 chicken bullion cubes

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and liquify. Cook in slow cooker about 2 to 3 hours. Serve hot or cold. you can add more seasoning if you prefer.

Serving Size: makes 8 1 cup servings
