Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb Lean beef stew meat
    1/4 cup of canola oil
    Salt and Pepper
    1-2 cloves of garlic or 3 tbs garlic powder
    2-3 tsp of basil
    4 diced potatoes
    1 cup baby carrots diced
    1 cup celery diced
    1 small onion diced
    1 24oz can of Hunt's tomato sauce
    1 15 oz can of chopped tomatoes with liquid
    24 oz water


Tips

Use lean stew meat


Directions

Heat oil in a large stock pot
Brown Meat with spices
Add vegetables and stir
Add liquids
Bring to Boil for 2-3 minutes
Simmer for 35 to 40 minutes or until thickened
