Tomato Soup (Garden Fresh)

Ingredients

    1/4 cup celery
    1/4 cup onion
    3 tbs. flour
    4 tbs. butter
    3 1/2 cups milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 cups diced tomato

Directions

Saute onion and celery in melted butter. Add flour and stir. Stir in milk and cook until thick. Add heated tomatoes. Heat through

Serving Size:  makes 4 2-cup servings
