2.5 pounds pork loin or tenderloin 1/2 c ketchup 3 tbs hoisin 2 tbs soy sauce 1/4 c honey 2 tsp brown sugar 2 tsp garlic powder
Use the liquid to serve as a sauce over white rice.
Combine all ingredients other than pork in a bowl. mix well. Put pork in a baking dish, pour bowl over pork. cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for an hour and a half to two hours(til you cut the roast in the middle and it is no longer pink). Check on it every twenty minutes or so to baste the roast with the liquid. if you need to, add water to the pan. You want the liquid to remain relatively thin.
