Wild Rice Salad

Ingredients

    2 c wild rice
    c dried cranberries
    c feta cheese
    4 T mint, chopped
    2 T red wine vinegar
    4 T olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook wild rice according to package directions. Combine
wild rice, cranberries, feta, mint, vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
