I created this recipe because I knew my husband would not eat this with cashews so I eliminated the cashews, I added onion seasoning, garlic seasoning, and tony rancheros spicy seasoning to the chicken before saute, also added celery and 1/3 cup of water. You can find the original recipe at Livebetteramerica.com, I only have three people in my family so I didn't make this is the scaled down version. Im sure I omitted some of the details. Ingredients

In a small bowl mix oyster sauce, reduced sodium soy sauce, brown sugar, and 1/3 c of water
Saute peppers, celery onions, with canola in a large non stick pan, for about 2 min remove from heat,
saute bok choy, mushrooms, and garlic....I love garlic
then combine peppers and bok choy together until onions are cooked.
dice chicken and add seasoning and cook until done create a circle space in the middle of the pan add oyster sauce and mix with chicken then add vegetables. serve over brown rice
