Avocado Salad Dressing- Paleo

Ingredients

    1 avocado
    2 TBSP. olive oil
    1 TBSP. lime juice
    1/3 cup water
    1/3 cup almond milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 TBSP. dried cilantro

Tips

Makes a good veggie dip as well.


Directions

Place all ingredients in blender. Puree until you like the consistency. Add drops of water to thin out if you need to, we like a thick dressing.

Serving Size: Makes about 32 one tablespoon size servings.
