    2 pounds of ground beef 85%
    3 eggs
    1 cup of bread crumbs
    2 cups grated carrots
    1 cup grated celery
    1 cup onion


put all vegetables in food processor
I blend them till the are almost a puree
add all ingredients into a bowl and throughly mix them together
Add any spices you want. I usually stick with salt and pepper

Shape into a loaf and cook on 350 for 45-60 minutes
