Tuna Fish Fondue

Ingredients

    2 cups toasted bread cubes
    2 cans chunk tuna
    1 cup cheddar cheese Grated
    3 large eggs beateb
    1 cup 2%milk
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tablespoon light butter

Tips

other veggies could be added.


Directions

Microwave butter and onions until onions are soft.
Spray 1 1nd 1/2 quart baging dish with cooking spray. Alternate layers of bread cubes, tuna and cheese.
Combine eggs, milk amd onion and pour over bread mixture. let sit until egg and milk mixture have been absorbed. bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. makes 6 servings
