Ingredients

    Ground Beef (extra lean), 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    *No Salt (salt substitute 1/4 tsp), 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    French's Classic Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp (remove)
    3/4 c Ketchup,
    Worchestershire Sauce, 3 tsp (remove)
    Molasses, .66 tbsp

Tips

1/4 cup put enough on the bun to cover nicely.
