Homemade Ham Quiche

Introduction

A variation on Quiche Lorraine using almost all low fat or no fat ingredients. A variation on Quiche Lorraine using almost all low fat or no fat ingredients.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 frozen deep dish pie shells
    2 cups diced, cooked ham
    1/2 cup chopped green onion
    1 pt. eggbeaters
    1 pt. Land of Lakes fat free half and half
    1 8oz pkg. shredded cheese (swiss, colby & jack, whatever you prefer)

Tips

Using eggbeaters this comes out very light and creamy. If center isn't quite done, just put back in for another 5 minutes.


Directions

Heat oven to 375. Thaw 2 frozen pie shells. Coat the bottom of the shells with the ham, then the green onions, then the cheese. Mix eggbeaters and half and half together. Pour 1/2 mixture over each pie filling.

Serving Size: makes 2 pies equalling 16 slices
