    Coconut milk
    Light coconut milk
    Oriental vegetables
    Brown sugar
    Fish sauce
    Red curry paste
    Scallions

Directions

Heat coconut milk, curry paste, brown sugar and fish sauce. Add in vegetables and shrimp. Serve over brown basmati rice, sprinkle with green onions
