Ingredients

7 c water; 1 c lentils; 2 T Lipton onion soup mix, 4 c cauliflower, 2 tsp curry powder; 1 tsp garlic

Directions
In deep fry-pan, saute onions and garlic in spray-Pam. When soft, add 7 c water, bring to boil. Add 1 c lentils.
Cook lentils until soft - 10 minutes.
In a saucepan, cook cauliflower until soft, then puree it.
Add puree to lentils. Season and simmer for 10 min.
Serving Size: made 21 scoops of 1/2 cup
