    1 - 15oz carton Egg beaters
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 roll of Jimmy Dean reduced fat pork sausage
    1/2 cup shredded cheese


Spray 8x8 glass pan with PAM - combine all ingredients and bake @ 350 for 45 min
