Low Carb Pumpkin Creme Brulee

Introduction

Just created for my families Thanksgiving. Just created for my families Thanksgiving.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    15 oz. canned Pumpkin
    4 large egg yolks
    2 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup erythritol (powdered in blender)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 TBS pumpkin pie spice
    1 TBS vanilla
    5 drops stevia

Tips

Great chilled.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Butter glass pie pan. Blend all ingredients, adding vanilla last. Pour into buttered pan.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
