Introduction

A great way to start your mining! You can either cook in slow cooker overnight or cook the night before for a quick and easy breakfast as you are running out of the house. A great way to start your mining! You can either cook in slow cooker overnight or cook the night before for a quick and easy breakfast as you are running out of the house.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    3 cups water
    1 cup steel cut oats (gluten free)
    3 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced.
    1/2 tbsp cinnamon

Directions

Bring water to a boil.
Add oats and apples and cinnamon.
Cook for 25-30 mins, stirring often. (or cook in slow cooker overnight on low)
Enjoy!
