1 16 oz can (2 cups) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
4 cloves garlic, minced (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup lemon juice (adjust to taste)
1/2 Tbsp. tahini
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin seeds (use less if powdered)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup fresh parsley or cilantro, minced (optional)
Adjust the amout of garlic and spices to suit your taste. I love garlic, but it may be too much for some people.
Serving Size: Makes 2 cups / 8 1/4 cup servings
