Flour 2 cup
Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
Baking Powder, 2 tsp
Baking Soda, 3 tsp
Egg, fresh, 2 large
Pineapple, crushed, 1 can (14 oz)
Salt, 1/2 tsp
Margarine, 1/2 cup
Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Milk, canned, evaporated, 2/3 cup
Directions
Sift the flour, the salt, the baking powder and baking soda. Add the sugar, then the eggs and the pineapple. Cook in a 9x9 glass dish at 350 F for about 35-40 minutes.
Boil the milk, margarine, sugar and vanilla for 5 minutes. Pierce the cake with a fork, then slowly pour this hot mixture on the cake.
Cut the cake in 12 squares
