Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    21 g fresh yeast
    125 ml water
    5 gramm sugar
    485 ml (Soya)milk
    60 g butter
    285 flour
    3/4 tbsp salt
    2 eggs
    1 tbls baking powder

Directions

Mix yeast, sugar and water, leave for 10 minutes
mix the milk, the melted butter and the salt, add the yeast-mix and the flour.
Leave outside the fridge over night
next morning, mix the baking powder and the eggs


done :)

Serving Size: makes around 10 waffles (big)
