Pumpkin Muffins

Introduction

Got this off of Pintrest and had to try! So glad I did. Super easy and even my youngest son loves them! Got this off of Pintrest and had to try! So glad I did. Super easy and even my youngest son loves them!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 package any brand you choose Yellow or Butter cake mix

    1 can of pumpkin pie filling

Tips

Let cool for 15 minutes before pulling them out of the pan


Directions

You need nothing else...mix the pie filling and the dry cake mix with your electric mixer until a thick batter forms. No eggs, no oil, no liquids! I sprayed my muffin tin with cooking spray and didn't use liners they came out perfectly. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, depending on your oven. You can dust with powered sugar but you don't need to..they are just the right amount of sweet without. Great for a breakfast on the run.

Serving Size: Makes 24 muffins or 48 mini muffins
