1 pork tenderloin (approx 1 pound)
2 teaspoons black pepper (preferably cracked or coarsely ground)
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
3-4 cloves garlic, roasted
Spread roasted garlic over tenderloin, then sprinkle pepper mixture evenly.
Place seasoned tenderloin into shallow baking dish and roast for approximately 20-30 minutes at 425 degrees. Internal temperature should reach 155-160 degrees. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
