Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 cup low fat vanilla soy milk (I use Great Value)
    1/2 large banana
    3/4 cup frozen Mango
    9 oz (3/4 Pkg.) "lite" firm tofu (Mori-nu)
    3/4 cup small cauliflower floweretts
    3/4 cup Marketside Coleslaw shredded cabbage
    3 Tbsp. Vanilla Eggwhite Protein Powder

Tips

This is a great way to sneak veges into picky eaters who prefer sweet foods.


Directions

Put all ingredients into blender in order listed. Start blending on low settings till solids are crushed. Increase speed to near max till very smooth and frothy, stopping to scrape down sides and stir contents.
