1.5 c dry oats
2 scoops chocolate whey protien powder
2 T flax seeds
1 c skim milk powder
1/2 c water
1 t vanilla
1/2 c raisins
In a large bowl combine first 4 ingredients.
in a separate bowl mix the rest of the ingredients except raisins.
Mix wet and dry ingredients ans then add raisins and mix.
Spread mixture into pan and freeze for 1 hour. Cut into 9 squares and wrap individually.
