    Applesauce, unsweetened, .3 cup(remove)
    Apple, Gala (medium), 1 serving(remove)
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp(remove)
    *Almond Flour, 0.375 cup(remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 0.4 cup, hulled(remove)
