Peanut Butter and Banana Frozen Yogurt with PB

Ingredients

    1 cup plain greek yogurt or vanilla flavored
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (omit if using vanilla yogurt)
    1/2 tsp. stevia
    1/4 cup sliced banana
    2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter, Crunchy or Smooth

    Topping:
    1 tsp. peanut butter
    1 tsp. milk
    1 tsp. peanuts, roughly chopped
    2 tbsp. fat free whip cream

Directions

In a small freezer safe container, add yogurt, vanilla extract, stevia,banana and peanut butter. Mix until incorporated.

Place in freezer for 1 - 1 1/2 hours until mostly frozen. Mix will with a spoon until it's ice cream consistency.

Prior to taking the frozen yogurt out of the freezer, in a small bowl whisk together 1 tsp. peanut butter and 1 tsp of milk, you may have to add more milk or peanut butter to get the consistency you like. Scoop frozen yogurt into a bowl, top with peanut butter and milk mixture and chopped peanuts.

Serving Size: 1 Heaping Cup
