Peanut Butter Hummus

Ingredients

    1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed
    2 tablespoons creamy organic or natural peanut butter
    2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
    1 tablespoon water, to thin out the sauce, if necessary

Directions

In a food processor mix together all the ingredients and process until smooth. Serve with vegetables or pita chips.

Makes 1 1/3 cups
approx 11 - 2 tbsp. servings
