Triscus Vegetable Soup

Introduction

Tasty low calorie soup. Tasty low calorie soup.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 cups chicken broth
    1 c frozen or fresh peas
    1 c carrots scraped and sliced 2"
    1 medium onion sliced
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 c Cole slaw's mix
    1 c cauliflower florets
    1 c broccoli heads
    2 plum tomatoes chopped
    1/4 sea salt
    1/2 c pepper
    4 peppercorns
    1 bay leaf
    1 whole clove

Directions

Chop carrots broccoli cauliflower and tomatoes. Mince garlic. Slice onion.
Bring chicken stock to boil with peas peppercorns cloves and bay leaf. Simmer 5 minutes
Add carrots broccoli cauliflower onions and garlic simmer for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and Cole slaw simmer 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: 8 -1 cup servings
