3 cups Original Bisquick® mix
1/4 cup OLIVE oil
1 tablespoon caraway seed
2 LARGE eggs
1 can (11 oz) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 box (9 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
MAKE SURE TO SQUEEZE ALL THE JUICE OUT OF THE SPINACH SO THE BREAD IS NOT TO WET . COOK FOR 1HR45 MINS SERVING 16 SLICES
In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except spinach thoroughly; beat with spoon 1 minute. Stir in spinach. Pour into pan.
Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack.
Serving Size: I REGULAR SLICE OF BREAD 1/2 INCH THICK
