Ingredients

    All whites, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, pumpkin pie spice, wheat bran

Tips

I add Rasberries, blueberries, or blackberries to add extra sweetness. You can occasionally put in an egg yolk or add more or less of each ingredient to suit your taste buds. I have this every morning for breakfast!


Directions

I mix all my ingredients into a 2 cup glass measuring cup. Spray olive oil cooking spray into non-stick skillet. Cook on medium heat on stove-top for about 5-6 min. turning halfway through
