Introduction

Great base meal served over brown rice. Next day add some salsa, cumin, avocado and have amazing fajitas. Or add cream of mushroom, or Roux, and make stew/pot roast. This is a very large meal intended to be used for two different dinners. Low value is for two smaller meals, high value could be 3 big meals. Great base meal served over brown rice.
