poppy seed chicken

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

     6 chicken breasts
     1 (8 oz.) carton of sour cream
     2 cans-cream of chicken soup
     1 sticks butter
     2 tablespoons poppy seeds
     2 tubes Ritz crackers
     9x 13 cooking dish
     Cooking spray

Directions

Boil chicken and cut or pull apart into pieces, combine chicken, sour cream, and soup. Mix crushed crackers, melted butter, and poppy seed. Spray 9x 13 baking dish with cooking spray, and place chicken mixture into dish, layering cracker mixture on top, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes or until brown.
