Veggie Loaded Pasta

Introduction

Multi-color pasta with protein packed kidney beans and veggies. Easy to make and yummy. Serve with tossed salad. Multi-color pasta with protein packed kidney beans and veggies. Easy to make and yummy. Serve with tossed salad.

Ingredients

    1 LB lean ground beef
    1 16 oz can of chopped tomatoe with italian spices
    1 16 oz can of kidney beans
    1 16 oz can of spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. frozen corn
    16 oz tri-color pasta

Directions

Brown ground beef with onion. Drain the grease out of the pan and add remaining ingredients. Simmer until warmed through.

Serving Size: Makes 10 one cup servings.
