4 lg eggs
2 tbsp onions (minced or chopped fresh)
2 tbsp milk
1 turkey smoked sausage serving, sliced thin
2 slices cheese
1 small tomato, sliced
Whisk eggs, milk & onions thoroughly.
Pour into hot skillet
On half the egg mixture, place sliced sausage & tomato, top with cheese.
Lift edges of omelet as it cooks & tilt pan to allow all the egg mixture to cook.
When all the loose egg mixture is cooked, fold in half. Allow the omelet to sit for a minute to melt cheese.
Cut in half & serve.
